These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the PCWatch website and the purchase or use of services offered by PCWatch Consulting CC ("PCWatch", "we", "us" or "our").
By accessing our website, registering for a programme, requesting a service, or making a payment to PCWatch Consulting CC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

PCWatch Consulting CC provides digital skills development, training, mentoring, technology and innovation support, and consulting and advisory services.
Our activities may include digital skills training; short courses and workshops; bootcamps and mentoring; software development and technology-related services; cloud and digital technology training; cybersecurity awareness; applied artificial intelligence and data literacy; digital transformation and systems advisory; skills and capability development; and customised programmes and professional services.
The availability, scope, duration and price of services may vary according to the particular programme or engagement.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, PCWatch skills programmes, workshops, mentoring activities and short courses are offered as non-credit-bearing professional development and skills support. They do not constitute formal higher education qualifications.
Where a programme has specific admission requirements, schedules, attendance requirements or assessment criteria, these will be communicated separately.
PCWatch Institute of Computing & Innovation is an initiative of PCWatch Consulting CC.
Where PCWatch develops or offers programmes requiring regulatory approval or accreditation, no programme will be represented as an accredited higher education qualification unless the required regulatory processes and approvals have been completed.
Information relating to programmes under development or regulatory review does not constitute an offer of an accredited qualification.
Prices will be displayed on the relevant website, quotation, invoice, registration page or other communication provided to the customer. All amounts are expressed in South African Rand unless otherwise stated.
Payment may be made using payment methods made available by PCWatch Consulting CC or its authorised payment service providers. A payment is regarded as completed only once it has been successfully processed and confirmed.
PCWatch Consulting CC does not ordinarily store customers' complete banking or card credentials where payment processing is performed by an independent payment service provider.
Quotations for consulting, advisory, development or customised services may contain additional terms relating to project scope, deliverables, milestones, payment schedules, intellectual property, support, timelines and cancellation.
Where a signed quotation, proposal, statement of work or agreement contains terms specifically applicable to an engagement, those terms will apply to that engagement together with these general Terms and Conditions.
Cancellations and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that a consumer may have under applicable South African law.
Unless otherwise indicated, the website, course materials, training content, graphics, branding, documentation and other materials made available by PCWatch are owned by or licensed to PCWatch Consulting CC.
Materials supplied for personal learning or internal organisational use may not be reproduced, resold, distributed, published or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where permitted by law or by a separate agreement.
Customers retain ownership of materials and intellectual property they provide to PCWatch, subject to any rights reasonably required for PCWatch to perform the agreed services. Intellectual property created as part of a consulting or development engagement will be dealt with in the applicable quotation, proposal or agreement.
You may not use our website, services or systems to engage in unlawful activity; interfere with the operation or security of our systems; attempt unauthorised access to systems or information; infringe the rights of PCWatch or another person; distribute malicious software; or misrepresent your identity or authority.
PCWatch may use third-party service providers for functions including payment processing, hosting, communications and other technology services. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
PCWatch is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
We may update programme content, schedules, instructors, delivery methods or service arrangements where reasonably necessary. Where a material change affects a paid programme or service, we will endeavour to notify affected customers and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
PCWatch will take reasonable steps to provide its services professionally and with appropriate care. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PCWatch Consulting CC will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by South African law.
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy & POPIA Policy and applicable South African data protection law.
By communicating with us electronically, you consent to receiving communications relating to your enquiry, registration, transaction or service electronically. Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy & POPIA Policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be dealt with in accordance with applicable South African law and any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
We may update these Terms and Conditions when our services, legal obligations or business practices change. The current version will be published on our website together with the date on which it was last updated.
