Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect information including your name and surname; email address; telephone number; organisation or employer; billing information; transaction and payment references; programme registrations; training and attendance information; enquiries and correspondence; information supplied as part of a consulting engagement; technical information relating to use of our website; and any other information you voluntarily provide to us.
We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
Payments may be processed by authorised third-party payment service providers. Where payment processing is performed by such providers, PCWatch does not ordinarily receive or store complete banking or payment-card credentials.

We do not sell personal information.
Information may be shared where reasonably necessary with service providers that assist us with payment processing, website and cloud hosting, email and communications, accounting and administration, professional services, programme delivery, and information technology services.
We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law. Service providers are expected to process information appropriately and only for authorised purposes.
Some technology or cloud service providers may process information outside South Africa. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the transfer is handled in accordance with POPIA's requirements relating to cross-border processing.
